Giulia Angelozzi deals with insurance, commercial and corporate law.

She has assisted foreign and Italian companies in judicial and extrajudicial matters in the fields of life and third party insurance policies, corporate contracts, corporate affairs management, M&A transactions.

Giulia graduated from the University of Roma Tre, with honours, discussing a dissertation entitled “Social Lending” (Supervisor Prof. M. Bussoletti). She collaborated as a summer research assistant with the University of Cambridge, Centre for Alternative Finance, on a report about alternative finance in Europe, sponsored by KPMG.

In 2022, she achieved a Master’s Degree in Public Procurement Management at the University of Roma Tor Vergata.

Giulia is the author of articles on investment instruments and class action. She is also a lecturer in masters and advanced courses on public contracts.

Giulia is a member of the Rome Bar Association and began her career at the Bussoletti Nuzzo & Associati law firm. She then worked for many years at Hogan Lovells international law firm.

She speaks Italian and English.
