
Gianmarco Curto is an expert in civil, commercial and corporate law.
He has also dealt with banking, financial, bankruptcy and restructuring legal issues.
He has gained experience assisting clients of all kinds: from individuals to multinational companies. In particular, he assists Italian and foreign clients across a wide range of business sectors, with a special focus on banking, finance, insurance, pharmaceutical, transportation, energy and wine.
Gianmarco graduated in Law at the University of Roma Tre, curriculum “company lawyer”, with a thesis on the accounting of hybrid securities (supervisor Prof. Mario Bussoletti). He achieved a Master’s Degree from the University La Sapienza of Rome in bankruptcy and restructuring, discussing a dissertation entitled “The bankruptcy of the holding company on a personal basis” (supervisor Prof. Daniele Vattermoli).
Today he continues his academic activity as an expert in Corporate and Commercial Law at the University of Tuscia (Viterbo).
Gianmarco is a member of the Rome Bar Association and a member of the register of business crisis managers of the Ministry of Justice. He began his career at the Bussoletti Nuzzo & Associati law firm (Rome) and then at Galante and Associati law firm (Rome).
He speaks Italian and English.
